The customer service is always fantastic and the quality of the food and feeders is great.

The staff is well educated with the product and has answered all my questions regarding certain birds. This store is very welcoming and always presentable even during their busiest days!

They always gave a beautiful stire with lots on display . And someone is always happy to help. I bought a heated bird bath . After trying to assemble it , I couldn’t figure it out. I brought it back to the store and was taken care of and patiently showed how to assemble.

I had questions regarding the suet feeders and squirrels and was directed to the proper products for both matters. Additionally, as always, I was assisted with getting the product carted out to my car which was very convenient.

Great selection and knowledgeable staff. I enjoy feeding the birds at home and this store makes it easier to enjoy.

The staff at the Sudbury store are extremely knowledgeable, efficient and customer service oriented. The quality of the bird food, feeders and pole systems is excellent.

We have been customers since it opened practically. Very knowledgable, friendly, and effecient. I had to pay our membership fee and was nearby, so went in the store. But the online option is very appealing as well.
