The store offers quality products, excellent service and a wealth of information on everything ‘bird’. Very lovely helpful staff.

Tim was very helpful and through his deep knowledge we learned some very helpful things about our feeders and bird food. All the staff members were very knowledgeable and helpful, but not in a pushy or assertive way - to make a sale. Very pleasurable experience!

Staff is always attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. We always feel better as we leave then when we went in. It’s always a pleasure to interact with staff, poke through the items available for sale and get good information about attracting songbirds. The birds love the feed we buy here. We (and our cats) enjoy watching them fill our yards with a flurry of colorful activity!

easy to navigate online and very quick delivery

Have always done store pickup but after some broken ribs, I tried delivery which was free and went very well! Live in Dedham so Sudbury is a bit of a drive.

My bird feeder was damaged when wind blew it off the hook. They found it missing a screw to hold the base and replaced it for me.
