I can always find what I want. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. They can answer questions I have pertaining to birds, their behavior and feeding. I feel like I’m going into a friends place when I go to the store. I’m greeted by name, and he seemed genuinely glad to see me, as I am them.

I love the convenience of being able to order on-line and then head to the store for pickup to my vehicle. It is so efficient to do it this way - and safer. The store is about 25 minutes each way from our house, so this really helps us maximize our weekends.

You have great products and a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. It is a pleasure to do business with you!

Most deliveries are put on the porch which has a roof. This guy dumped it in the driveway. I didn’t even see it until later.

When I came in, I said I was shopping with a gift card and was going to look around a bit. The shop keepers left me alone to wonder about on my own until I had a question about bird houses. It was very busy with other customers but the shop keeper was very helpful, not trying to up sell, just letting me know the why’s and how’s of a bird house. I stopped feeding the birds for a while and I miss it but always liked goin to your store. Clean store and knowledgeable people…

Always engaging staff

Jerry immediately greeted and came over to help me after I entered the store. I was looking for a basic suet feeder and suet cake to get started and was not very familiar with what to look for. Jerry provided a great recommendation on a feeder and suet cake for my needs/backyard that I wouldn't have otherwise known to look for. Jerry helped me purchase exactly what I needed at good value and with quick service too. I plan to be back very soon because I know I can count on the service at this store which is always so friendly and helpful to my new birdwatching hobby
