I came into the store to find out about binoculars. The person who helped me told me everything that I needed to know, let me try two that were of interest to me, and gave me a brochure of information to read - there was no pressure for me to buy one. As a matter of fact, he told me to go home to read the brochure and come back with any questions. I went home and decided which binoculars would work best and I went back to the store to purchase them. A different staff member helped me by putting on the strap and mentioned that I was choosing the same pair that he owns. I went birding this weekend and took my new binoculars. They are great!
