Staff always friendly and helpful. They are always concerned with the welfare of their clientele. The products are of high quality. The staff is knowledgeable about the needs of the birds.

It was a quick and easy visit. Staff greeted me warmly when I walked in and offered to answer any questions. I selected the seed I wanted and made my purchase. young man kindly carried the bag to my car. I bought the seed because I received a coupon in the mail. Being in the store felt safe - Sudbury requires masks and the store was clean.

Everything that I needed was available to order online. The order was prepared very quickly and brought out to my car quickly when I arrived.

The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. We did not know what we wanted and the sales person guided us, but never assumed anything thus allowing us to discover what we wanted. He never pushed us in any direction but rather guided and educated us until we were able to discover the right product for our purpose.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They help you out to your car with your packages and bird seed bags. I've been shopping here for awhile and they remember me and ask me about my life.
