Customer service was excellent. Knowledgeable answers to all my bird feeding questions. $25 annual fee as membership offers great incentives as your purchases increase. Store was clean and well organized and sales personnel were very helpful and friendly.

This is one of my favorite stores to shop at period. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. The owner is fantastic to deal with, especially trying to help customers during the pandemic and the concerns over a bird virus. I love all of their promotions, even if I can't take advantage of all of them. I love the educational and informative emails that they send out. I love the fact that they support local artists and always have interesting, lovely bird-related crafts for sale. It's an all-around great store.

You had everything I wanted, it was priced fairly (including my member discount and a $10 birds bucks coupon!) and it was delivered when stated in perfect condition. Perfect!
