The staff helped with the following: We replaced a pole system for a bird feeder. The old pole from years ago bought at Wild Birds, and newer ones are not the same size and it took some ingenuity to figure out how to fix the feed tray to the bottom of the feeder and to fix the pole to the feeder with an extension pieces and a new pole. Staff knowledgeable about the products and put the whole system together for us. Staff always friendly and helpful.

The consistency of professionalism, knowledge, and quality of product at WBU Sudbury has made this my go-to source for antying bird related. The staff constantly kept us updated via emails about the recent bird-pandemic issue in the Eastern states. Any question at all that you take to them, they have the answer! And the wonderful community events they offer (real birds brought in for a presentation!) is commendable of itself. Overall - a top shelf experience all the way!
