We received a double order of the exact same merchandise & Norma;lol;y would expect having to contact the shipper, re-seal shipping box & try to schedule a pickup. However after contacting the Sudbury store I was very happy to hear that I could KEEP THE DUPLICATE ORDER - a very kind, generous solution to the problem! I will continue to order from. The Sudbury store — wonderful customer service!!

Good products

Love the quality products and quick delivery. However, I DETEST the packing peanuts used in deliveries. They cannot be recycled and spill everywhere when I remove them, so PLEASE start using recyclable materials or at least reusable materials like bubble wrap and paper. (I recycle or reuse everything, including your boxes.)
