The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgable. It’s fun to share our bird stories. They kept me updated when there was a problem with birds to the South of us contracting a disease. I really appreciated that. I appreciate that they are willing to fix broken feeders even if they are old.

There are many places locally where we could go to supply our birding habit. But we ONLY go to the Sudbury WBU because of the incredible staff. Susan, Doug, Jerry and everyone else who works there - they make a real effort to get to know their customers, exhibit warmth and kindness, take the time to answer any questions, and make everyone feel at home. It is calm, clean, and well stocked. Coupled with the people, there is not where else we go.
