I forgot my birthday coupon - which was just about to expire. the gentleman at the counter gave me the discount anyway - along with good advice for future purchases.

The store has the selection of items I want.

I’m a long term customer and a member of you club for many years. I discovered after ordering the my membership had expired. Because of this my price was higher. After ordering I just happened to notice my membership expired. I wanted to renew to take advantage of the discount but wasn’t able to. If you had told me I would have renewed before ordering. So I have paid a higher price and may now have to look into placing future orders with a different company. Needless to say I’m very disappointed!

Prices are a little high

Hot seed is moving slowly when left out for birds. The store and staff are professional and friendly, but location is not too close to Waltham. Merchandise a bit pricey.

Because there is always room for improvement.

Well, maybe I was! When high standards are achieved, they come to be the norm. So it was a usual successful and pleasant visit ;-)
