I was just picking up some bird seed that I would normally buy so it was not really that much of a big deal to rate highly satisfied. This highly satisfied rating expectation is overblown. I'm a happy customer, but don't put all the pressure on the sales associates to go way overboard. If I have questions, they answer them. If not, they ask if I need help and I kindly say no. Very simple process.

Wild Birds Unlimited is fantastic, but it has been my experience on multiple occasions that delivery is not. Clearly written on the box is a request to leave under cover on back porch, but the boxes are consistently left out in the open.

Good seeds. Quick and easy ordering and delivery.

the issues with my pole feeder that was fairly new and is falling apart. I was expecting a replacement not here is the contact info for the manufacturer or we can reach out for you.

Mistake. Great store. Birdseed expensive. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Back soon.

I was satisfied with the experience. I just dislike the cost of bird feed. Trying to help out the wildlife for the winter is becoming way to expensive.

I feel accrued and available bird bucks should be good to use once I renew my membership not at my next purchase.

The staff are usually very friendly and cheery. This day the we’re pretty stoic.
