The staff is usually a bit more chatty and upbeat. They often talk about birds that are around or show more interest. No big deal. Everyone has an off day or maybe less outgoing.

At the visit prior to the last I mentioned about the expensive suet feeder that was too broken to use anymore, but I had forgotten to bring it in to show. The First Lady said she couldn't help me after I told the story about it, but then a gentleman appeared and listened carefully and let me buy a new cheaper suet feeder and the suet to go with it plus peanuts for my other feeder, and he said I don't owe anything due to the broken feeder and I could use the rest of the credit the next time. I guess he didn't make a note on my account probably because he didn't have the feeder to prove how badly it was broken, so at my next visit I was told that there was no note on my account and I had to pay for the suet I needed again. Therefore as I paid for what I needed I asked for the name of the man who had said I would get the rest of the credit when I come the next time and I would follow up with a note to him. However when I viewed E-mail the next day - there was the credit clearly marked with a kind note from Simon White! and I responded thanking him for his kind follow-up and all was well now!

Wild Birds always has seeds. I like the mixes!! I have been a member for many years. And I enjoy the staff.

The red pepper seed we have been buying is not squirrel proof. Our squirrels eat it. I'm not sure I'll be buying that product in the future.

I got a gift certificate for my wife. She likes you store and I like her. I don’t get so worked up regarding the bird feeders. It really is her addiction. You are her favorite.

I buy the super suet plugs. With every purchase I type it in the search bar and always comes back nothing fits your search. I try plugs, suet plugs, super suet plugs. I have finally realized the only way to find it is to remember which category its in. Minor issue, honestly, but could impact others looking for it
