The contact in the store went beyond what I expected to help me choose a bird house. The delivery to my home is always exceptional but the addition of the shortbread made it really special at this time of the year. I love this store and without their help I probably wouldn’t be able to enjoy my backyard birds.

The staff person was so friendly and very helpful. Answered my questions about the different in two blends. Also showed me how to set up the hummingbird heater and other info.

The woman ( Erica ? ,,, name starting with E ) Was SO helpful, knowledgeable and just pleasant 🙏♥️
