I went in looking for a birdfeeder I could use on my tiny balcony. After looking around, I was unable to find something I could make work. Or so I thought! The sales associate noticed me looking dissatisfied with what I was searching for and immediately started suggesting different options for my small space. She then recommended the proper feed and showed me pictures of the birds I could expect to see based on my area. And she was right! The birdfeeder is on my balcony window and I have already seen so many chickadees! Thank you!

Now that the weather is colder, I wanted to get suet for the birds in my yard. I haven't done this before, so the myriad of products on the shelf was too much for me. I had no idea what they were for and what I would need. I guess I looked bewildered because a lovely gentleman came up and explained the products, what they were for and how the birds would benefit from each. He helped me make decisions and showed me pictures of the kinds of birds I could attract and already had in my yard. He made the whole experience vibrant and inviting and I couldn't wait to come home and hang up my beautiful wooden suet holder. And he was right - the birds are coming in droves! His kindness and expertise was the best part of the shopping experience and had he not approached me, I would have left confused and without anything at all. So thank you. I wish I had asked his name and thanked him personally.
