I have been a customer for years and never had a disappointing visit.

The staff were so friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I went in to purchase one thing and I ended up buying more because of the service received and the description of the products I didn’t know about, there was also a fun scavenger hunt going on in store. I will be back this month to buy some more items.

Staff and owners of this location show that they truly value their customers and are also available for ? while in store or via my choice

They were having a sale and there were a number of people in the store, Nevertheless I found what i wanted and paid for it quickly and was offered assistance to get the birdseed out to the car (which I didn't need).

The staff was very polite , knowledgeable , and informative , there was parking access, prices were very reasonable.

Highly knowledgeable staff suggest best way to enjoy local birds. Great information about bird and squirrel behaviour. We feed both birds and squirrels. Love the excellent seed. And so do our ‘customers’.

Entry level hummingbird info needed-got all the info and a feeder too.

Great gift selections and attractive layout. I always buy holiday cards and my optics there. Knowlegable friendly staff

Dodger is the best greeter any store could have. The other staff - Sonja, Vicky, Michelle, Rhys, and the rest always show an interest in what is going on at my place with my birds, my feeders, my pests, etc. They are my go-to foks for questions about birds and their care, and pests too.
