It was just a quick stop to pick up the Crow Calendar, and top up our seed inventory with a large bag, so we are good for a few months. As usual, staff were friendly and helpful and we had a pleasant chat (there were no other customers in the store at the time.) Every visit justifies our decision to shop exclusively at this outlet, even though it is more than a half hour drive from home. each way!

The staff were very helpful and friendly, as always. I met the owner (Mark) for the first time and he gave me some great information on feeding birds, local activities, and online resources. This is a great local store.

I love the store, the products, and the friendliness of the staff. Sometimes I come in just to wander around and soak up some joy. The store and products are colourful, beautiful, relaxing, varied, and, frankly, a haven of comfort in a noisy city. I'm so glad it's located so near to where I live.
