The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable but doesn't hover and let me and my mom explore the store. It was a very friendly and relaxed environment.

I came in to pickup red hot butter buds and the checkout was friendly and quick. I had a conversation with the salesperson and she identified a few birds I had taken photos of so it was a very pleasant visit.

I enjoy the friendliness of the store. I feel the staff are more interested in explaining hows and whys then pushing a product. They take the time to speak with me to understand why and for what I am shopping. The quality of the feeders and informative chat about mason bees was helpful. And I loved the webcam prodcast of the new york(?) feeder.

Stephen (?) helped me. He was incredibly skilled at customer service! He shared about birds at Stanley Park etc. etc. He was great. There is one person there (she is short and dark haired) who can be quite cranky at times. Sorry to have to say.

As usual: great merchandise selection, high quality product, friendly helpful staff, fast service. Prices are higher than other options, but quality is better, so we opt for WBU 90% of the time and 98% of the purchase value.
