Everything is great no complaints. Staff are very friendly and respectful. I am a Bi/Tran. man. I love your store.

Always greeted, always asked if I have any questions and if I am browsing after I find my products I am left to wander. I know to ask if I need to. And the cat will decide whether he wants to greet me or not.

Staff assisted in carrying seed bags to my vehicle.

Staff are friendly and kind. The ambiance of the store is welcoming and interesting. Nice range of bird food supply and related merchandise. Loved the webcam of the baby hummingbirds in their nest!

I was able to walk in, find what I wanted immediately and check out in a matter of minutes. However, since the staff are so pleasant to chat with, I stayed because there were very few other customers at that time.

I didn't know the store was there. Walked by it many times on the way to Staples. But I was window shopping when I noticed it. The staff were very pleasant. I found some lovely bird figurines on sale! Delightful! You had some lovely merchandise. An overall pleasant experience.
