The sales associate who looked after me was not only friendly and welcoming, she went above and beyond, giving me extra information about the DSC coupons that I don't have to save in my jewelry case anymore! And she always provides helpful tips. Her name escapes me at this moment, but she managed the North Vancouver store for 1-2 years.

I get what I want, it’s always in stock, there are almost always unexpected and interesting things to look at in the store and maybe purchase, the atmosphere is relaxing and the place seems to connect people who care about wild birds
