Main reason is that WBU has knowledgable and friendly staff. This makes a difference. Nice change from disinterested service, no one to get information from, use of self-service, call centres or "your call is important to us". It feels like a family atmosphere at WBU and the service is consistent. Respectful and considerate treatment of others seems like an old-fashioned value in today's world. WBU manages to go against the current societal trends. Keep it up.

It's really fun being in a bustling store where everyone loves birds. The staff are great to chat with and clearly love what they do!
