I love your store and the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my apartment has a no feeding the birds so I have to rely on the hummingbirds and a closely watched snack put out for the others

The lady helping me was super nice! She fixed my incorrect contact number that was in the system, I walked out with the 20 lb bag of peanuts with 20% off my purchase - 5% over my normal discount as there was a December promo plus I got to use my $10 bird bucks. I was a very happy customer!!

Always friendly, informative/knowledgeable staff. A pleasant shopping experience. A good variety of products to keep this shopper 'entertained'. Great selection of Christmas and other event cards. Rain Goose linens are gorgeous. Was pleased that hummingbird feeder warmers were in stock and had not increased in price. Wow! Gotta love that! Great store. And I even received a shortbread cookie thank you and a calendar. So much appreciated.

Wild Birds sells high quality bird seed, suet, feeders, etc. I know that there won't be any waste with their products like there is with cheaper bird food. The West Broadway store is a lovely place to visit and browse through the products - attractive store, great displays of merchandise, excellent selection of bird food, feeders, gifts, etc.

Great customer service. I returned a broken feeder and the woman who helped me, put the new part on my feeder and kept it and the seed I purchased to one side while I Perused in the store. Very kind and helpful. Was a little disappointed that we now have to pay for new feeder parts but the price was reasonable.

I like the birds and I like the people who work at the store. They are kind and friendly and helpful. I can get suet for better prices at Canadian tire but not the variety so I pick and choose. But overall WBU is a great place to shop.
