I especially liked the atmosphere and intimacy in a smaller store as compared to a big box store. Although I will say the parking in the WBU lot was somewhat problematic. Many spots seemed to be taken up by folks who weren’t shopping at the store. This will become a bigger issue the closer it gets to Christmas. I think you should post some No Parking signs as you want your customers to be able to park easily and quickly. Your staff are very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable! The are able to offer many suggestions related to the merchandise which is very high quality and very nicely displayed! My daughter is in a relationship with a “true birder” and he’ll be blown away by the feeding system I bought him for Christmas! You will see me again often. Anyway, I digress. The store’s Christmas decorations are absolutely fantastic!

I just love the store. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There are also so many lovely things to look at in the store - potential gifts, etc.

The staff is very knowledgeable on the birds eating habits, types of foods. They are very helpful to the variety of people who come into the store, especially those who are not avid birders. The variety of merchandise is very impressive. They have a good range of knowledge on bird types, and general habits. The team is always upbeat.
