Very friendly, knowledgeable staff

The store has a friendly atmosphere and knowledgable staff. Good selection of products but what's most important to me, is that I feel that the store owners and staff genuinely care about birds. The whole feeling in the store is one of "family" that includes our feathered family as well!

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and pointed out bargains in the area where I was shopping (peanuts). The atmosphere of the entire store was tranquil.

The customer service was great, helpful and knowledgeable. Sadly the hummingbird feeder that I purchased is a dud and has leaked all over my patio and I can't seem to find my receipt. Great service, but disappointing product.

Supply of seed I needed was plentiful and it was quick check out- plus availability of free parking

I was greeted right away and asked if I needed any help. I knew what I came in for and where it was as I had been in the store before. It was just a nice visit.
