I am always treated with great customer service at your store. This past visit I mentioned I had lost a piece to my bird feeder and it was available and free! SO grateful!

Your staff are always very knowledgeable and seem to care about what's good for the birds rather than selling up your wares to the customer. I can trust that I can ask your staff what I should get for the birds in various seasons and I'll get practical, helpful advice.

The staff are always friendly & knowledgeable. I also appreciate the range of products available. My sales person (Ellen) gave me very good advice about nesting etc. I'm a return customer as I always enjoy my experience at Wild Birds.
