Staff was very helpful. I knew what I wanted so spent my time looking at new items.

The parking is key! Especially with all the construction! Staff very kind.

The two staff members that we dealt with were wonderful. The staff did not have an issue with my six year old son taking time in the store to make choices for his "bird friends". We were give good recommendations and had and enjoyable conversation with the staff.

Staff was friendly, and they helped me find what I was looking for but also gave me space to browse before I was ready to make a purchase.

I went to your store with specific items in mind. One of them was out of stock but the clerk offered a reasonable substitute, so I was satisfied.

I always enjoy coming into this store, even though it involves driving in from Surrey! There is something about the store, staff and even other customers that makes every visit a pleasant one!

I was able to receive my purchase without delay and historically Iam accustomed to the helpfulness of staff and the quality of product. My only difficulty was exiting the parking lot, a delay of a few minutes patience!
