i found the staff friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. the store was bright, open and easy to navigate even though you carry a wide variety of items.

Everything went smoothly, and there were no problems.

I've been shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited Broadway store for years. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I like going there and, even though I've never pucrhased, I love all the additional items you have available.

The store is easily accessible; I was able to find what I was looking for quickly; the line to the register was quick as another employee came to assist, and the person who was helping me went above and beyond to help me put the bag of seed into my cart and let me exit one of the front doors instead of exiting out the back with the stairs. The staff are always friendly.

I have always had great customer service from Wild Birds. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. Ordering online and either picking up at the back of the store or having it delivered has been a great option during Covid.

The resident cat and mouser, Dodger, serves as the official greeter. He provides the store with a wonderful ambience - 'not the same when he is not there. BTW your survey's ordering of responses is backward - the best response is usually to the right. If the survey yields any "extremely dissatisfied" responses, it is probably just from selecting the rightmost response.

They have my purchasing history so I don't I buy the wrong bird seed. I like shopping there for stocking stuffers. I always get served fast and there is parking behind the store.
