Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of items. This store helped my daughter with a Girl Guide badge presentation once, so they take the time to go above and beyond.

I enjoy coming into the store and having interactions with the great staff and the cat from time to time. My main purchase is the 8 pack of suet for my flickers and starlings (I know, I can't stop them) and our hummingbird feeder. So, there you have it.

Always go there for our seeds for the bird feeder. It is outside our lane house we built for my mother in law and she loves to sit and watch the birds out her window. Wild Birds always carry the heavy bags to the car for me and we a members so get a good discount as well as our points!! Also have bought things in your lovely gift shop for gifts. My mom in law is 96 and you make her happy!!

It's a happy store, bright and cheerful. Everyone has always been kind and helpful. A welcome balance of fielding my questions and leaving me be, to browse. I took advantage of the seed sale and am now well stocked up, ensuring my bird guests stay happy for the coming few months. Many thanks to the lovely ladies who are considerate and helpful particularly when I buy large, heavy quantities.

Vikky was very helpful with choosing a suet product. We talked about my recent siting of a red breasted sapsucker, Dodger, the shop cat, and some other bird related topics. Staff is/are very friendly and helpful all the time. It was a really pleasant shopping experience.
