Chris was very helpful. I am trying to get a new feeder in the fall that is a tube feeder and has a cage around it. Chris helped me plan ahead with a green tray in the bottom that is big enough to catch seeds that fall and a dome for the top to help the birds and part of the feeder and seeds stay drier. I have had the clear dome and tray previously and I really like it but a squirrel was persistent and got in it and broke it (it has happened to 2 of the same type of feeders). Although the squirrel proof feeders are ok the birds go through alot of seed faster. They are also harder to clean.

The staff are very knowledgeable and always ready to share it. Also the quality and variety of the merchandise is very good. You have a really pleasant store to browse as well. Thank you for your service to our little birds and those of us who so enjoy feeding them
