Spring latch at bottom of bird feeder broke and brought in for repair. The work was completed efficiently and now I'm able to extend the life of the feeder. Happy that the life-time guarantee was guaranteed without hassle.

It's a "birding" home away from home! Full of information, suggestions, and good at listening to short stories about my own birding.

Helpful friendly customer service oriented staff Lindsey runs a super (WBU Vancouver) store. It’s like a community centre of like minded bird nuts and beautiful people.

I have had nothing but excellent service from WBU. I have been buying from them for years and their services and products are excellent. They have always phoned to advise if there is a problem receiving and order especially during covid. They have gone out of their way to make sure I can get their products or advise an availability time frame. I wish to thank them for giving great service and I will continue to use their services exclusively.

One stop shop for wild bird food. Knowledgeable staff. Good hours for opening. The parking at the Broadway location is horrible tho'. :-D
