The person who helped me in store was very very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This was my first time interacting with this person as I have not seen him at this location before, he was great! I look forward to asking him more questions next time.

Pleasantly surprised at the speed of delivery. It is literally within hours of order that it identifies that it has been transferred to the postal system. Brilliant! Such alacrity!

The staff are knowledgable and clearly are bird-friendly. Too many stores today have disinterested staff with no understanding of the the products carried nor of what good service entails. I have always had a good experience at WBU. Another point is, the store has a community feel because of the ongoing outreach and educational programs. The store feels like it genuinely cares about our wild birds (and I know it does!), that means a lot to me. I'm the president of a conservation society and like to feel that my money stays in a circle of understanding about and care and protection for our winged family.
