Generally find pricing quite high. Store is excellent and well laid out, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

the store and the service are fantastic. The products are quite pricey and I'm finding it expensive.

One of the key products for my flock of avian friends is adequate supplies of suet - The less expensive on the comes in a small cardboard box with 8 trays of suet For the first time in my experience these were out of stock and while restock was promised for Monday there was none available 10 am ish Tuesday morning VERY DISSAPOINTING!!!!!!

I called ahead to confirm stock availability of a specific item. When I came in to store, I was asked if someone had put it aside for me! Then I worried that it had been sold out! In hind sight, I wish I'd asked to have it put aside for me or that the staff had offered to do same. Sometimes it's the simple things that make a big difference.

The price of the hummingbird feeder heater should be $10 less. great staff

The Website for the Broadway Store had not been updated to state no curbside pick up at front of store due to construction site across the side street causing no parking signs in front of store. A friend had said it is often difficult to park in back of store now due to construction and this is why I purchased on line. Luckily I found a spot in back and went into store. Helpful staff member picked up my order from back and put in my car, as they do when I shop in store. She considered the back lot as curbside pick up and didn’t know if she could update their website to advise customers of same.

I always buy my bird seed here, if it’s worth the extra cost I’m unsure. I’m just so upset and frustrated by the fact that with my last purchase I got an infestation of pantry moths, that have cost me hundreds in grocery items and countless hours of frustration and work and worry.

This had nothing to do with my experience inside the store. Unfortunately it is almost impossible to visit the store because of construction in the area- streets closed, street parking not available and very limited and tight space in the parking lot at the rear of the store. I know that you have no control over construction, but it does make me question whether it is worthwhile driving in from Richmond to not be able to access the store. I think I will have to look into ordering but then that makes it hard to access the knowledge of the staff and enjoy the merchandise offered with an in-store experience.
