The feeder is not designed properly, seeds constantly fall out the sides. I have had to put tape on the edges to keep the seeds from falling out. The seeds and peanuts are greatly loved by all the birds.

The problem was simply that the store was out of the medium sunflower chips. Not really a huge deal as I bought the coarse ones. They are tremendously overpriced in my view but I bought them anyways.

Entered through the back door which was the entrance we had always used in the past. As many COVID restrictions removed we entered via that door from parking lot. We were greeted by being loudly and firmly told “THATS THE EXIT! PLEASE ENTER THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR NEXT TIME”. Unclear of the purpose of this mandate as well as the harsh reminder. WBU makes effort to have non-overseas made items and that’s appreciated! We try to accept the “need” for China-made items that WBU carries, as difficult as it is to accept, it’s likely financially desirable for the company.

We received help from 2 different saleswomen. The one that approached us first was a young woman and very engaging. She did tell us at the start that some of her knowledge is limited and may need to get assistance from another staff. However she had enough knowledge for our needs and we appreciated her help. But it seemed like there was limited other salespeople in the store on that Saturday. She had to leave us to help another customer and there was a middle aged saleswoman who was just fixing merchandise on the shelf even though there were customers. I approached her because we had a few additional questions. She obliged but was not as engaging as expected and it was hard to tell if she had expertise or just answering our questions. A little disappointing. We came to your store rather than a general store that also sells bird supplies for the expertise we expected and for the service. In all honestly that expectation was not fully met - maybe 6 out of 10.

Well, I guess because I knew exactly what I wanted (deluxe bird seed blend in the big bag) so it was pretty simple.

prices seem very high. selection and quality of products sold are great, but very expensive. for example a very small, stick on the window with suction cups, hummingbird feeder, at just under $40. Crazy!

Always very satisfied…just the large bags of seed we’re on order!
