I made an online order on Sunday, and received an email the following day stating it was ready for pickup and I could come and get it. I thought this odd, as it was a holiday Monday. But I had the day off so I walked to the store…closed.

I only ran in for what I wanted. Short visit.

As a member, I found the type of seed that I usually buy, was not included in the “sale”, as there was a shortage of the seed. Essentially, I didn’t get the 20% discount for it, only 15%.

I inquired when the suet and seed sale was on and was told that they were ensuring the availability of stocks, all well and good. I received notification the next day it was happening right now. I would have held off on my purchase of a box of suet and saved 15%

It was a simple commercial transaction. I was perfectly happy, but not elated.

Getting sizes of the seeds and size of bags I want isn’t always easy. But generally i am very satisfied.

It isn’t that I am unsatisfied. I just buy suet for our birds and the store is right accross the street from my office
