It was great…but I wish there were more sales….I love this store and their staff…always come out happier then when I went in

I was satisfied because when I phoned, they held the items for me while I came down to pick it up.

I felt judged by the staff for being picky with the item.

The sales person was not very friendly

The cost of the hummingbird heater is far too expensive for the quality of the item.

Problem with account

I was advised to buy hot sauce for peanuts and a spicy suet block. I was told that while the chili deters squirrels, birds enjoy it. A week later no birds will touch either while they are busy devouring Deluxe seed mix. Normally they love roasted peanuts and naturally nuts suet. I have wasted my money . Bad advice in store

Parking is getting impossible. Very stressful.

The order was for three items, my son picked up the order and was only given two items.

Order has NOT been delivered as of 11 am on Nov5th. Submitted order on Oct 31st. Called store and was assured it would be delivered by Friday Nov 4th. It could have been walked here quicker from the store.
