The person at the POS was extremely rude Not very social at all

The store clerk continued a lengthy conversation with another customer while I stood in line holding a 25 lb bag. When I asked if I could put it on the counter the clerk replied ‘you can always just put it down’ and continued the conversation, I am 72 and find it tricky picking heavy bags up off the floor so I continued to hold it.

Out of stock on medium sunflower seeds and asked for a rain check but the owner(who has a poor rating to other customers who have issues won’t issue a rain check…!) it’s all about mint to him.. not customer satisfaction..!

I find the staff generally unfriendly and sometimes bordering on rude. Store is convenient location for me but definitely not a pleasurable experience to shop there.

Love the store and product and staff are always very friendly and helpful. The only reason not to o more frequently to the Vancouver store is because we live on Vancouver Island and only go to the city every 3 months or so. If we need product before that will go to Victoria store which I also am just as pleased with

Never said I was not satisfied! I just don't think I will be recommending it to anyone as not a lot of people I know are bird lovers!
