Where to start if you where not on this side of town for me to access in store shopping or orders. I wouldn't probably be a birder. There is no other outlet on this side of the city. That have the quality, selection of bird supplies. I love coming to your to shop for bird supplies and gifts for others or maybe just myself ha ha. I hope with all the dhanges coming/purposed within the Broadway Plan that if you have to relocate the shop you will be able to find a location that we all can still access like we can now.

Employee Vicki was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable

I have been going to the Broadway and Birch store for years. It's convenient for me since I live at Birch and West 15th. The staff there, especially Vicki, are always friendly and knowledgeable. I also like the in-store presentations which are always interesting and educational.

I always feel happy when I enter the store it feels like an oasis to me

It`s fast service and always have the seed I am looking for. And the parking in the rear is a bonus

The orders were filled and delivered within a few days which is really unheard of these days without paying for the service. If there is a problem with the order the staff make sure I am notified and give me options to choose from. I only shop at Wild Birds for for all my bird feed and accessories. I love the staff for their care of the client.

Staff always greets me as soon as I enter. They enquire if I need assistance. If I do they give feedback about the pros& cons of whatever it is I am interested in.

Love visiting with likeminded birdie people. Grea staff!
