Personalized help with bird food options. Engaged my 15 year old son that has autism, identifying birds pics under glass at counter. Heard us talking shouts snakes as we looked at them bought a local snake guide. Showed us picture of own pet snake and educated us. Very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly.
