Everyone is always very nicve and friendly.

Store was clean, well stocked, and easy to shop. We were looking for gifts to send over seas. I was hoping to find sun-catchers in various bird shapes (and colors). Didn't find them, but did find other items.

I found the item I went to the store to look for. I enjoyed looking at all the other merchandise and purchased another item for my bird pole.

I came into the store with a hand made birdhouse which was made by prisoners in Maine. I needed information on proper size of hole as it seemed too small. Two staff members helped with my questions and verified that the hole needed to be 1/4 inch wider for small birds. It was recommended that a small hole be drilled in the top of the back for ventilation and that I purchase a copper guard for hole opening as squirrels can chew wood. It was suggested that I remove perch since blue jays can use to sit on while steeling eggs inside. They verified that the hanger was suitable. This was all helpful information and I appreciated their interest.
