I know what to buy to attract my favorite birds (blue jays, woodpeckers and cardinals). The products are consistent and I know what I'm getting.

It is always a pleasant and uplifting visit, experience. I miss Rich and Marlene. I don't seem to get there when they are working. The others are very nice.
