The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I found problematic was that one of the staff (owner?) was not wearing a mask, which made me uncomfortable.

Rich and Marlene helped me with their knowledge and experience. There are no better owners than these two.

Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, etc. "My" birds devour the items I buy there, so I plan to continue shopping there for as long as they/I exist.
