I am a new birder and very inexperienced with what type of food I need to provide both seasonally and to attract some kind of variety. I was asking a lot of questions about what types of food I should purchase and what the differences are, but the response I kept getting was "they all basically do the same thing / attract the same birds". I am not necessarily upset by the interaction, I was just hoping to leave the store more excited than I entered and that wasn't the case. I was also prepared to spend some money but I only purchased about $20 worth of food because I feel like I wasn't upsold or made interested in anything else.

Was told that 20 % discount which I received by email only applied to the standard rate, not the member rate. To me, my member rate should have received the discount. I paid to have that member rate and received ZERO benefit on this purchase.

I was not told that my membership was not up to date and as a result I paid a lot more for the birdseed. And I no longer have to sign a charge so there was no way to tell I did not get credit
