The store and staff our great. The prices are insanely high! The. Add having to pay an annual membership fee to corporate. This is not Amazon! You should sell the franchise and open your own pet store- we would be a life long customer.

There was no reason to be unsatisfied. Plus, they have cats.

I find it to be about the best WBU store I've shopped at. I've lived in other states. I have other stores to compare it to. This staff is top notch. I don't need to ask elementary questions, but things that can be puzzling are my issue. Not every WBU store has staff that can zero in on those odd or occasional questions and give you solid advice. This staff always is knowledgeable. If I order online it comes the next day. Mr Speedee is a great delivery service. My birds are spoiled. What can I say?
