First of all, someone always greets me with a smile and a Hi! Then as I look at all of the displays, they are so neatly arranged and easy to see! I would say my birds enjoy the food I bring back for them!

Every product/service has been superior. I live in Oklahoma and stop in whenever I visit my son in Springfield. I am getting too old to drive that far now & feel really sad that I will miss these visits.

The staff is top-notch! Truly passionate and knowledgeable about birds, squirrels, and feed and take time to share/educate shoppers. I always feel so welcome immediately when walking through the doors.
