When we have questions regarding anything related to our purchase or what to do if we have problems with picking the correct product for what we need, staff is there to help. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent products and service. I often shop online, but when I visit I love to browse and visit with the knowledgeable staff who have great advice.

I walked in with zero plan, completely new to having any sort of bird feeder and the staff was so excited to get me started on this journey. Check out was great! I even picked up some treats for my pups. They packed my goods into a box and were so kind to walk me to my car and load everything up.

Store always has the items for which I am looking. I enjoy seeing all the gift items.

Great experience with the two employees who were able to make some great suggestions without being pushy.
