Skip helped me last August with my original purchase of feeders & seed as a gift for my wife's birthday. Everything worked just as he told me to expect. I needed to purchase more seed and Skip happened to be working when I came in this time. I couldn't remember for sure which seed I had but it worked so well that I wanted to reorder the same type. Skip pulled up my sales record and got me to the right product, plus applied my discount and also let me know that my next purchase will qualify me for an additional $10.00 reward.
