Super friendly staff. All of them! Also, they are very knowledgeable and always willing to have a short chat about the birds that I’ve recently seen and then they possibly share one of their experiences. I love going there! I cannot think of any negative experience ever associated with this little store, they always are able to answer my questions and the store is always clean and organized. I’ve been in retail for over 40 years and in my opinion, they check all the positive boxes!

Staff are consistently helpful and friendly

The Staff was engaging and knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that she had a solution to the lack of 20-lb bags of the seed I usually buy. She also told me about delivery of product, which I'll look into since I live about 40 minutes from the shop.

Pleased with the bird seed. My backyard birds love it. The staff is friendly and know birds and can answer all mu questions. It is a pleasant shopping experience for bird seed and a good selection of bird books, one of which I purchased for a gift. Keep up the good work!

They always have what I need, The big bags of supreme blend and the nyjer mix but also I asked a question about why I hadn't seen Finches around my feeders and both Kai and the staff went above and beyond answering it. I learned something and I appreciate that

The bird food, although a little more expensive than other stores, gets eaten and not kicked off to the side due to fillers. I like that. The store is always stocked with what I need. There are always new things to look at. Service is great. Thank you.

The knowledge of the people who work there is amazing. They always know what birds like, and how to prevent predators with which birdhouse you buy. Super friendly and warm staff.
