Your lifetime guarantee on feeders is necessary in our backyard due to curious but somewhat destructive creatures exploring our feeders from open space adjacent to us 😀 Highest quality WBU feeders are tested for sure at our house ! We are very blessed to have Bullock's and Hooded Orioles come yearly, raising new generations that migrate to our feeders for Bird Jelly only you carry. It gives us hours of entertainment to watch the Orioles for half of every year, so we purchase MANY bottles of jelly from you ! Thank you so much for Bird Jelly, No Mess seed, and feeders (tubes, hummingbird, & Orioles feeders,suet blocks) We are so grateful for you, and happily travel almost 2 hours to visit your store specifically 😊

The new owners of this WBU store have gone to great lengths to improve the stock and in-store arrangement of products. Everyone I have interacted with has been extremely helpful and friendly. I will say that the previous owner offered a "discount" to shoppers which, at their instruction. could be contributed to a local bird-related organization instead of the (admittedly generous) member discount and rewards system. Thanks for listening.

I forgot the gentleman’s name. But I stopped in the store around last Thursday or Wednesday during lunch, and he was super helpful! He answered all my questions, and even helped me realize that my membership at another Wild Birds store didn’t transfer. Sad, but hey, guess that’s how it works. Would love if in the future memberships were valid with all stores.
