Kai was quick to understand I have special needs. The day before the staff said I could have had a chair anytime. It allows me to relax and shop longer. Kai has also gotten back to me with answers for complex questions. All of us have agreed that Kai is humble and Kind and really loves the creatures we care for. All staff have been helpful and kind.

I love the atmosphere and the owners are so sweet and helpful. I got lucky on the day that I shopped at Wild Birds, they were having a %75 of on all the shirts!! I wish they had most l more shirts in my size, because I would have bought more. Lol It's a great place if you're looking for a unique gift. The cards are also great.
