New management is fabulous. Love the new layout! The Ladies and Gents are the best, and also very knowledgeable. The Pup (who I love) makes for a well-rounded atmosphere. We shall return! THANK YOU ALL.

After owning a successful specially retail store for over 30 years, I know that customers like to chat about their hobby with people at the store. The previous owners were not very receptive and I was always disappointed. That seems to have changed with new ownership. The manager was very friendly! I look forward to my next visit.

I really like the new owners and staff. Glad that they updated the system so I can use Apple Pay for convenience.

Always feels good in the store. And the staff are always more than willing to help carry things to my car even though it is not necessary.

We visited this location while on vacation so it's not close by our home, but we had a fantastic time learning about different varieties of birds in Santa Rosa area and food for our favorite Western Bluebirds! Very welcoming, friendly, helpful staff, so glad we found them !!

In store staff is excellent as is products. The website is OK but I could not tie my membership to my online user. I called to have it tied together manually. All in all a good experience.

I always find quality seed and a wonderful selection of feeders and suet at this store. The store clerks always know what they have and are very helpful. One thing I would suggest is to carry more bird books and binoculars. It would be good to have information about birding festivals in the area as well.

I am speaking for the birds who all love your products. Staff is always friendly, helpfully and know their stuff (speaking for myself).
