I found most of what I was looking for.

It is a nice store in a nice location. I wish there were such a store in Sonoma, CA where I live or in Petaluma, CA where I spend a lot of time. They have nice workers, good merchandise. They are friendly and helpful.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Staff made recommendations on products, feed, and how to use and clean the feeders . I know nothing myself about birds, so I appreciated the help.

Great quality and quick delivery

When I first saw the new Finch feeder I purchased, I knew that the old birdseed would not work in it! I asked if they had the Niger or a smaller chip that would work in the new feeder and they said yes, and I payed the difference for the my new purchases, as I also purchased a catch tray for the new feeder that was Eco Clean. I'm very please and can't wait to use the then Eco Clean feeder and Tray.. The fellow who helped me was very nice and accommodating. Even carried the seed out to my car and was very personable as well as knowledgeable.

Kai is personable, warm and knowledgeable. I never feel pressured, yet I am always motivated to do business with him. Selection is always good as well.
